The Rupantaram Alibag centre at Nagaon runs 4-day residential personality development and life skills batches for kids, teenagers and young adults, and a one-day workshop for parents.
The sea route is the short one: a ferry from the Gateway of India, or the Ro-Ro from Bhaucha Dhakka (Ferry Wharf) if you are taking a car, lands at Mandwa. From Mandwa it is a drive through Alibag town to Nagaon. Passenger ferries usually pause in the monsoon months, so check the timetable. By road the route runs through Pen and is roughly 100 km, about three hours depending on traffic.

Take the Mumbai–Goa highway to Pen and turn towards Alibag. From Pen the centre is roughly 40 km.
From Pune
The Mumbai–Pune Expressway to Khopoli, then Pen and Alibag. Roughly 145 km, between three and a half and four hours.

The venue and where participants stay
Batches at Alibag are held at Vaarsa by Bay Hotels in Nagaon. Participants stay at the venue for all four nights, and sessions, meals and activities happen on the same campus.

Mentor call. A mentor calls within 24 hours to confirm the batch, venue, fees and payment, and to hear about your child.

Arrive the evening before. The 4-day program has four nights; arrival is required the night before Day 1.
Day 4. Parents join the complimentary session and the graduation.
