Residential Personality Development Camp for Nashik Families
Rupantaram has no centre in Nashik. It runs 4-day residential personality development batches at Pen and Alibag, in Marathi and English, for kids, teenagers and young adults who can travel for a holiday batch.
Personality development classes in Nashik are mostly weekly classroom courses, many of them aimed at college students and job seekers: communication, interviews, confidence on stage. For school-age children the usual choices are day summer camps.
Rupantaram offers something Nashik does not have locally: a residential life skills batch for children and teenagers, with the parent involved. It is not in Nashik. The batches are at Pen and Alibag in Raigad district, a five-hour drive. We would rather say that at the top of the page than on the phone.
Why families travel for a residential batch

The usual route is the Mumbai–Agra highway through Igatpuri and Kasara to Bhiwandi, then Panvel and the Mumbai–Goa highway to Pen. Roughly 210 km. The Alibag centre at Nagaon is about 40 km beyond Pen. Pen centre · Alibag centre.
Arrival is required the evening before Day 1, and parents attend the session and graduation on Day 4. Because of the distance, most families from Nashik pick a batch in the Diwali, Christmas or summer holidays.

Do you have a centre in Nashik?
No. Rupantaram has no classroom or centre in Nashik. Batches are held at Pen and Alibag in Raigad district, and Nashik families travel for a 4-day residential batch.
How far is it from Nashik?
Roughly 210 km to the Pen centre through Kasara, Bhiwandi and Panvel, about five hours by road. The Alibag centre is about 40 km further.
Is it worth travelling that far for four days?
That is for each family to judge. The program is residential, so the travel is one trip each way, and arrival is the evening before Day 1. Families who come from far usually choose a batch inside the Diwali, winter or summer holidays.
Is this like a sanskar shibir?
It shares the aim: values, discipline and good habits, in a residential setting. The method is activity-based life skills training with a psychologist, counsellors and mentors on the team, and sessions are in Marathi and English.
What are the fees?
The 4-day residential program is ₹20,000 at Pen and ₹39,000 at Alibag as published on 14 October 2026, including stay and food.
What age group is this for?
Kids Transform is for ages 6 to 13, Youth Transform for 14 to 19 and Young Adult Transform for 20 to 30. Parenting 360° is for parents.
Who looks after my child during the stay?
A team of 10 trained mentors guides every activity in a batch of up to 50. Health details you give in the registration form reach the mentors before your child arrives. Ask the mentor on your call about rooms, night supervision and the phone policy for your batch.
Is food included?
Yes. Food and residential stay are included in the 4-day program fee. You can list dietary restrictions in the registration form.
How are parents involved?
Parents attend a complimentary session and the graduation on Day 4, and receive mentor feedback and a growth summary. Parents can also join the separate one-day Parenting 360° workshop.
