Residential Personality Development Classes near Pune
Rupantaram is not a weekly class in Pune. It is a 4-day residential personality development program at Pen and Alibag, about three hours from the city, for kids, teenagers and young adults.
If you searched for personality development classes in Pune, you probably expected an institute in Kothrud, Baner or Pimpri-Chinchwad with a batch twice a week. We are not that, and it is better you know before you call.
Rupantaram runs short residential batches in Raigad district. Your child, or you if you are between 20 and 30, stays at the venue for four nights with a batch of up to 50 and a team of 10 mentors. The idea is simple: habits change faster when a young person is away from the phone, the routine and the usual company for a few days, and practises instead of listening.

Neither is wrong. A weekly class suits steady practice of one skill, such as public speaking. A residential batch suits a child who needs a reset in habits and confidence, and a parent who wants to be part of it.
Pen centre: Mumbai–Pune Expressway to Khopoli, then towards Pen. Roughly 115 km.
Alibag centre (Nagaon): the same route, continuing from Pen to Alibag. Roughly 145 km. Full address and route.
From Pimpri-Chinchwad and Hinjawadi the Expressway entry at Dehu Road or Kiwale saves crossing the city.
Arrival is required the evening before Day 1, and parents come back for the session and graduation on Day 4. Many Pune families make a weekend of the return trip.

Do you have a classroom in Pune?
No. Rupantaram does not run weekly classes in Pune. Our programs are residential and are held at Pen and Alibag in Raigad district. Pune families travel for a 4-day batch.
How far is the nearest centre from Pune?
The Pen centre is roughly 115 km from Pune by the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and Khopoli, about two and a half to three hours. The Alibag centre is roughly 145 km.

Kids Transform is for ages 6 to 13, Youth Transform for 14 to 19 and Young Adult Transform for 20 to 30. Parenting 360° is for parents.
How long does it take to see results?
Four days is a start, not a finish. Parents receive mentor feedback and a growth summary with guidance on continuing at home, and the Day 4 parent session is there so the change is carried forward.
Is this the same as spoken English or communication classes?
No. Communication is one part. The program also works on self-confidence, discipline, time management, emotional balance, leadership and career direction.
Which language are the sessions in?
Sessions are run in Marathi and English, so children from Marathi-medium and English-medium schools can both take part.
How are parents involved?
Parents attend a complimentary session and the graduation on Day 4, and receive mentor feedback and a growth summary. Parents can also join the separate one-day Parenting 360° workshop.
Who looks after my child during the stay?
A team of 10 trained mentors guides every activity in a batch of up to 50. Health details you give in the registration form reach the mentors before your child arrives. Ask the mentor on your call about rooms, night supervision and the phone policy for your batch.
